Before you start: what moves and what stays
- Your episodes and audio stay where they are. Podpage reads your feed from your podcast host, and OnPodium reads the same feed. Nothing about your listings in Apple Podcasts or Spotify changes.
- Your domain moves when you point it to OnPodium.
- Pages you wrote by hand do not move by themselves: your About text, custom pages and any blog posts. You copy them.
- Old page addresses do not redirect by themselves. An episode's address on OnPodium may differ from its address on Podpage.
Step by step: switch from Podpage
- Find your RSS feed address. It comes from your podcast host, so look in your host's dashboard. You can also search for your show by name in OnPodium.
- Create your OnPodium site. Start a free trial at dashboard.onpodium.com and paste the feed. OnPodium imports every episode.
- Pick a template and add your logo, colours and fonts.
- Copy your own pages. Paste your About text, add your listen links and social links, and recreate any custom pages (custom pages and the blog are on the Pro and Pro+ plans).
- Check the site on its free onpodium.com address before you move the domain.
- Point your domain to OnPodium. In the OnPodium dashboard, add your domain. The dashboard shows the DNS records to set at your domain registrar and checks them for you. When they are in place, OnPodium sets up https. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to reach everyone.
- Cancel Podpage only after your domain shows the OnPodium site.
After the switch
New episodes appear on your site by themselves when you publish at your host. Turn on the email sign-up form; on paid plans, subscribers get an email for each new episode. If you linked to old Podpage episode addresses from social posts or show notes, update the most important links.
Frequently Asked Questions

No. The apps read your host's feed, and the switch does not change it.

Yes. Your site works on a free onpodium.com address during the 14-day free trial, while your Podpage site keeps working.
Do I need to move my hosting too?
No. If you want hosting in the same account later, the Pro+ plan includes it.
